So moving to witness the Transfer of Command of the San Mateo Consolidated Fire Department (Belmont, Foster City and San Mateo.) Outgoing Chief John Healy passed the ceremonial trumpet to our new Chief Ray Iverson, the trumpet symbolizes the direction and vision of our commander and harkens back to our pre-tech days.
