Last night I voted yes to support the staff recommendation to keep our North Shoreview Flood Levee Project moving forward, which passed by majority vote. Thank you to all especially HANCSM - Home Association of North Central San Mateo and the North Shoreview Neighborhood Association for your advocacy.
Our community members in North Central and North Shoreview are counting on the City to follow through on our promise to help residents get out of the FEMA flood zone, save rate-payers money, and make critical infrastructure investments that will make our City more resilient for generations to come. Onward, can't wait to get out the shovels!
