Space to Safely Recreate

The Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition is urging cities to create designated slow streets for residents to safely recreate during the Shelter In Place Order.

I raised the issue of equity in our study. “[We should] prioritize the study and resources in the direction of our transit-oriented developments like Bay Meadows that are more dense and don’t have as much access to private backyards and green space,” said Councilwoman Amourence Lee.
