San Mateo County Strong Fund Investor Report
The San Mateo Strong Fund reported $8.1 Million from 1,316 donors:
Rental Assistance: $2.3 million for individuals and families
Nonprofit Grants: $2 million distributed to 75 organizations
Small Business Grants: $3.8 million in county, city, business, foundation and other contributions distributed to 350 businesses, including $660,000 to our San Mateo small businesses.
The County Board of Supervisors approved a contract with Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center for geographically targeted business assistance program - that specializes in delivering business services to our culturally and linguistically diverse small business population. I have a very special connection to this nonprofit as an alumni of their program!
